What? Sets a goal
How? find everything you need to get there
If I had to have a simple way to explain what OKRs, Objective and Key Results are, I would say this: think about what you want and reason about how to get it. The objective rapresents the goal to be achieved, while the key results are the specific, quantifiable measures that indicate whether we are on the right track toward the goal.
Companies such as Google, Linkedin, Amazon, facebook, Spotify, and many others use OKRs in their business processes. to put in place simpler procedures to get a sharper view of the goals to be achieved, in fact, every person in the organization can see the goals and key results of everyone else by having a concrete view of the organization’s priorities and goals, being able to focus on measurable, high-level results.
